Privileged account mismanagement

I'm sure I've mentioned a few times how I think that privileged account management is a key aspect of identity management that most IDM vendors simply do not address in any way, shape or form. City officials lost administrative control of the network's routers and switches for more than a week after an IT worker allegedly reset passwords and refused to reveal them prior to and after his arrest on July 13.
